Back here again for Menu Plan Monday hosted by I’m An Organizing Junkie. A new favorite developing over the last two weeks is Baked Potatoes. We had them with bacon, sour cream, cheese and green onions one week & then chili instead of the bacon the last week. My daughters gobble them down – one likes stuff on hers and the other peels the skin and eats it plain.
I have a bunch of stuff I would like to make this week in addition to the regular meals. We will see what happens.
Granola Bars – these are awesome. I have shared this recipe (not mine) with many people.
Orange Marmalade – We bought 25 lbs of Navel Oranges from a local farm, plus got a couple lemons from a neighbor. I am hoping to try this recipe, but modify it to exclude some of the rind, making it less bitter.
Raviolis – spinach or pumpkin filling – this is more of a sometime in the future :)

Taco/Burritos – beef, beans, cheese, lettuce, olives, salsa, sour cream, avocado
